How to create a Golf TourMate Tour

Tell us about your proposed tour using the enquiry form on the Golf TourMate website. We'll use these details to set up your Organiser Portal access.

Golf TourMate will send you an email inviting you to access the Organiser Portal and start setting up your tour.

If you don't already have a Golf TourMate account, create one using the same email address used for your tour enquiry. If you already have an account, simply sign in.

Use the Organiser Portal to enter your tour details, rounds and courses, competitions, side matches, rehandicapping and other tour settings. You don't need to complete everything at once—you can return and update your tour as your plans develop.

When payment is required, the Organiser Portal will show the amount due and provide the option to pay securely online. Once payment is completed successfully, your tour is automatically activated. You can then continue preparing your tour and inviting your players through the Organiser Portal.

Your tour has its own Tour code. Share the code with your players so they can join the tour in the Golf TourMate app. You can also create a player invitation from the Organiser Portal. The Players page lets you see who has joined and request additional player places if required.

As players join, use the Organiser Portal to create pairs and teams, confirm who is playing in each round, and organise groups and tee times. Review your Tour Summary as your plans develop to make sure everything is ready for the tour.
